BIO
Jonathan eats, sleeps and breathes Crossfit and the pursuit of fitness...but it wasn't always that way. Despite his tender years, Jonathan's path to Jogo was a fairly lengthy one.

Born in Seattle, Jonathan lived the large majority of his life in "sunny" Sequim, Washington, on the Olympic Peninsula. The bulk of the first 7 years of his life were spent being overly rambunctious and generally hyperactive, but sports helped fix that (mostly). Jonathan played soccer, basketball and baseball up until high school, when he decided to focus on the only sport out of those that he really liked, baseball. Jonathan was generally clueless in the weightroom until his junior year, when he started to realize the benefit that lifting heavy things could have on his performance on the field.

Jonathan discovered Crossfit his senior via a random internet search for "fitness," and began implementing it sporadically into his sports training before switching to Crossfit full time once his baseball "career" ended. When he moved up to Bellingham to go to school, Jonathan was fortunate enough to come across Jogo. It has been a love affair ever since. Jonathan has aspirations to compete as an athlete within the greater Crossfit community, and wouldn't rather work towards that goal anywhere other than Jogo.

FAVORITE MEMORY: Oh, too many to pick just one, but in recent memory, my high school graduation was a very, very happy day for me.
