CrossFit

CrossFit is the elite performance & fitness program that we use to train adults, teens, and children.  Increase strength, lose fat, and have a blast by replacing your resistance and cardio routine with an all-inclusive workout that will challenge you like never before. It's a quick and potent shot of fitness where the workouts are different every time, always functional, and definitely intense. Oh, and did we mention it's ADDICTIVE?!? Just ask anyone in our community of CrossFit junkies, who each have their own experience of how CrossFit has forever changed them.

Who uses CrossFit? Runners, business men & women, cyclists, moms, dads, firefighters, husbands & wives, college students, kayakers, teachers, triathletes, medical professionals. It doesn't discriminate. It's an equal opportunity butt kicking.

Other fun things we've thrown into the mix.

MoJo - an organized "open gym" day.  Make up a missed workout.  Work on a skill, exercise, or weakness that needs extra love.  Choose an active recovery workout from the board.

TheLab - focuses on filling up the energy leaks in your body that usually come from poor core strength & stability, weak joint stabilizers, and imbalances from one side of the body to the other.  TheLab is currently a sub-offering during every MoJo class.

Joga - (Yoga @ Jogo) Ashtanga Yoga, dialed down, to create a really gentle and restorative day.  Once you start Crossfitting with us, you'll understand why we're so excited to offer this.  Joga is currently offered as a complimentary part of Jogo Unlimited & Jogo Quarterly.  The class meets every Wednesday evening from 5:30-7pm.
